Information about the Valve Teraleak/Terarelease, specifically the Portal 2 builds. Links are encoded in B64 twice. Use https://base64encode.com/ to decode the links.
Valve has started checking accounts that have been launching the leaked builds, make sure to completely log out of steam and log in with a burner that owns Portal 2. I’m not sure of the Portal 2 requirement, but you can probably get around it using something like Luatools
